3. How we use your data and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo: our legitimate interests in responding to businesses that contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

- To run, secure and improve this website: our legitimate interests in operating a working, secure site.
- To use optional cookies and record website visits: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To send you news about i-FLOW: only if you have agreed to receive it, or you are an existing customer and have not opted out. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as the providers who host our website and business systems and deliver our email, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
If any of our service providers process your data outside the UK, we make sure it is protected, for example by relying on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to business: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Customer and invoicing records: six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.
- Website visit records: up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
